We are so happy we went for Take a Chef and the incredible Chef Stipe! The food was really amazing! The Chef and the waiter made us feel very relaxed in our home. We had bought some wine ourself and while we were getting ready, and the chef was preparing the food, the waiter had read about the wine and paired it perfectly to our food. They were funny, attentive and very friendly and the food was SO good!! The experience made us feel special and it was truly an incredible experience!

Really top quality Croatian food cooked at the Villa by chef Stipe. Not only did they cater for the kids but Andrija, who looked after us all evening, did a great job of entertaining them too. We also requested a Croatian wine pairing which was amazing and delivered with great local insights.

If you’re Croatia and thinking about hiring a private chef you need to book Chef Stipe and Andrija ASAP! They are real stars of the show the food was absolutely amazing. There was 9 of us in a villa and everything we requested they made perfectly from the omelettes, pasta, fresh croissants, risotto, smoothies you name it! They even threw in the wine pairing for us and it was absolutely lovely. Can’t recommend them enough its a must. Me and my friends were so pleased with their food and service and will definitely use them again for sure. Thanks again!

We were a group of 11 people celebrating a birthday and so we booked Andrija and Stipe to come to our villa and cook a special four course lunch with wine pairing. Everything from start to finish was amazing! They went out of their way to make the day super special and the food was incredible from starter to dessert (including a surprise birthday cake at the end!). All communication was easy and quick and Andrija made tailoring the menu to our taste simple while still offering professional advice so the menu still worked together. It was an amazing day and the entire group (including vegetarians) agreed it was brilliant food. I highly recommend booking Andrija and Stipe for the perfect private chef experience!!

Stipe and Andrija created a lovely dinner experience for us at home! They were very friendly and professional, they considered the dietary preferences of the group, and explained each course and wine pairing. All the products and wines were of highest quality and locally sourced, and the taste was amazing.

Stipe and Andreija were excellent. We booked them for our wedding with a little over 30 guests and the food was exceptional. Everything they served was super fresh and prepared to a high standard. Our guests could not stop raving about the food. Stipe and Andreija really went above and beyond with their service. Both us and our guests were left happy with the whole experience. We had a wonderful and delicious 3-course-dinner with ”private chef“ for our small wedding. Stipe is an excellent cook and very flexible when it comes to special expectations and wishes. We discussed all the ingredients before and they fulfilled everything to our complete satisfaction. If you are looking for an exclusive culinary experience but also in a private atmosphere, private chef is the right one for you!!

Everything was great. Food, service, wine.. much food, Chef and staff where wonderful people.

The overall experience was incredible. Chef Stipe’s food first and foremost was the highlight of everything. Each course was better then the next. The communication was easy and attentive. I highly recommend the wine paring also. The portions were huge and it would be impossible to leave the meal hungry. Everyone on the trip agreed it was the best meal we had on the trip and that included a Michelin starred restaurant we ate at earlier in the trip. The kitchen was left spotless. Chef Stipe and the Sommelier even stayed after dinner for a drink to tell us about the area. If you are in the Split area don’t hesitate at all to go with Chef Stipe and his team. I couldn’t recommend the entire experience more highly.

Chef Stipe and his partner gave twelve of us a birthday dining experience to remember on Brach. They came all the way from Split and stayed all night cooking us 4 amazing courses all tailored to each of our orders (we had some dietary needs amongst us). Everyone raved about the food (chef somehow did the main cooking on the grill that I doubt I could cook a hotdog on) which had such a diverse set of flavors. The waiter even paired the wines we had bought throughout our time in Croatia perfectly. They made sure to clean up perfectly and chatted with us (at our request) after dinner to get to know them and they're stories. A+++ experience.

Chef Stipe was a pleasure to work with from menu planning to the meal itself. The produce & fish were incredibly fresh, all the food perfectly cooked, very well presented and tasted delicious. From arrival & set up to clean up, everything was handled most professionally. The most important- we could tell the Chef team really wanted our group of 9 to have a great time at the table. And we did!

One of the best experiences ever. The best meal I’ve ever had in my life. The food was cooked to absolute perfection. Tasted foods I’ve never eaten before. The choice of wine for white and red meats were exquisite. The cocktails were so so nice too! We had such a good laugh with the 2 guys. They just love food and you can tell that by the way the spoke, presented and cooked the food. Honestly wish nothing but success and joy in the future to them both! Vrlo dobro!

We hired Chef Stripe to cater a dining experience for 14 of us in our villa and it was incredible from start to finish. Beforehand he was in touch regularly, creating a bespoke menu and keeping us up to date. On the day his communication was exceptional, timely arrival and created the most delicious food - everything was exceptional and we were even given a history behind each dish. Perfect from start to finish - couldn’t recommend more!

Dear Stipe and Andrija, There are not enough superlatives to describe the meal, the service or both of your influences on the day. It was amazing. Many of us had never had that kind of experiences and from the moment you both arrived we were made to feel like kings. The appetiser, starter, main and dessert was out of this world. I never want to cook again because I'll never be able to reach that level of culinary excellence! Thank you for making our day so special.
