Stipe is a chef currently working in a Michelin© BIB Gourmand restaurant in Split. His carrer that spans over 15+ years in kitchen is permeated and influenced greatly with the biodiversity of his home where he grew up. The mountain range of Dalamatian Zagora, sea bed that lays in front of Split, his hometown, and grasslands in the rural background just a step away from town. This was greatly translated into his love for food and kitchen. Extraordinary blessings of the land and the sea that gives Croatian food unbelievable lightness and intensive flavours is the foundation of his meals.

They say when the life gives you lemons make a lemonade...well Stipe took everything he could find and turned it into an extraordinary gastronomic experience that one can not only taste but also feel.

In partership with his colleague Andrija, who shares the same amount of passion and inspiration for wine and spirits, they created a harmonious symphony of food and beverage symbiosis that exceeds all expetations of gastronomic experiences.
